Double-storey extensions will always require planning permission, but some single-storey house extensions can avoid this process under 'Permitted Development' rules. Party Wall and Building Control Regulations will still apply. Your architect should be able to provide you guidance on the above
We can also work with your own interior designer, or recommend professionals we’ve worked with before. All projects are completed to an exceptionally high standard, to meet your exact needs—on time and within budget.
Once you have your design—contemporary or traditional, wrap-around, side or lean-to style—and obtained any necessary planning permissions, we can provide you with a quote for the building and interior finishing work.
